Our in-home caregivers help with daily routines, tasks, and non-medical observation services, so your loved one can enjoy the comforts of home—while receiving the assistance they need.

In addition to the skilled and compassionate caregivers/companions who assist your loved one in their home, there is also big picture support from CARE Homecare, including:

  • 24/7 Care Management Team
  • Initial Care Assessment and Personal Care Plan
  • Minimal Staff Turnover Continuity
  • Complimentary “as needed” visits by our Care Management Team
  • Geriatric Care Manager On Staff
  • Licensed Nurse On Staff
  • Pharmacy Support
  • Visiting Physician (through insurance)

I grew up watching my mother work tirelessly as she set out to build more and more care communities where our residents would feel happy, relaxed and nurtured. My mother’s passion continues in my work as I expand our ability to provide services to the elderly.

Through CARE Homecare, we offer our clients the same superior care — in the comfort of their own home — as we have been providing since 1991 in our residential communities.

At the very heart of our organization is our sincerest desire to maintain our long-standing tradition of quality care.

Thank you for taking time to learn more about us. It is our privilege and duty to provide your loved one the best care
possible.

Warmest Regards,

Moti M. Gamburd

Our Executive Team

Moti Gamburd | Chief Executive Officer

Moti has had vast exposure and experience in the geriatric field since the inception of CARE HomeCare.

Moti expanded his knowledge and dedication to geriatrics with the mentorship of his mother, Raya, who was the visionary leader and founder of Raya’s Paradise. His beginnings at Raya’s brought opportunities to learn every aspect of leading a successful community. This ranged from networking, marketing, building staff, providing transportation to residents, and shopping for groceries.

Over the years he has made it his mission to continue providing premium resident care, unparalleled family satisfaction, and creating state of the art communities to cater to residents and families. Moti’s dedication to all three of these factors has resulted in exceptional care and has earned CARE HomeCare an impeccable reputation and great respect from the community.

Today he is focused on leading and growing Raya’s Paradise with the same innovative spirit, dedication, and passion that motivated his mother, Raya, when she opened her very first community.

Moti holds a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA.
