Transportation Assistance
For older adults getting from point A to B can be challenging. CARE Homecare’s insured caregivers are trained to provide transportation in your personal care or their own. Transportation assistance includes help getting in and out of the car, and 1-1 accompaniment during the trip. CAREHomeCare provides transportation services, accompanied by trained, patient and compassionate team members. Caregivers are able to provide transportation to and from errands, doctor/PT appointments, hospital visits. Common trips also include prescription pick-up, grocery shopping, family visits, religious functions and entertainment.
